Unit Description
Our buildings are located at the southwest corner of Naperville, an area the has grown tremendously in the past years. We are approximately one mile west of Route 59 and 95th Street.
We built our first building approximately nine years ago. We strive very hard to have the nicest building in the area, and our buildings are professionally landscaped, sprinkled and manicured. The buildings parking lots are well lit and clean for extra security. The inside of our units are well maintained with washrooms, and some have offices. The units have extra insulation in the walls and ceilings to save heating costs in winter, and remain cooler in the summer.
We try to lease to desirable business people that work well together and take pride in being in a professional building. Many of our tenants are able to draw off of each others businesses.
